Prince Harry Discusses Fatherhood Before 40th Birthday

As Prince Harry approaches his 40th birthday, he’s reflecting on fatherhood.

With his big day on Sunday (Sept. 15), he’s sharing how his children, Archie and Lilibet, have changed his life and given him new motivation. Harry says being a dad to these two amazing kids has not only brought him joy but also a new focus in everything he does. He told the BBC that fatherhood is one of life’s greatest pleasures and has driven him to try even harder to make the world a better place.

Thinking about turning 40, Harry admits he was nervous about turning 30 but feels good about this milestone. He wants to keep doing good things no matter how old he is.

People say Harry plans to have a quiet celebration at home with Meghan and the kids before heading off on an international trip with close friends. The guest list isn’t out yet, but it’s pretty clear Prince William won’t be there.

The two brothers haven’t talked for months, according to The Mirror. They were both at their uncle Lord Fellowes’ funeral in Norfolk last month but did not interact or sit together during the service.
