On the second day in Colombia, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry returned to school.
They visited Colegio La Giralda, a public school in Santa Fe, focusing on emotional well-being in education. Meghan showed off her Spanish skills and exquisite preppy fashion sense during their visit.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex joined kindergartners for puzzles, songs, and conversations in Spanish. Meghan didn’t forget her own kids, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet when chatting with the students.
“You’re the same age as my son, Archie!” she told one of them in Spanish.
Interacting with the kids helped Meghan brush up on her Spanish. She learned the language years ago while interning at the U.S. Embassy in Buenos Aires and studying in Madrid.
“She spoke Spanish perfectly with one young woman,” said Father Greg Boyle from Homeboy Industries.

Meghan definitely nailed academic dressing. She wore a brown double-breasted jacket over a white shirt, black trousers, two-toned ballet flats, gold bracelets, rings, and diamond butterfly earrings. Her hair was pulled back neatly into a side-parted bun with minimal makeup for a polished look.
Harry looked just as sharp next to her in his pale blue shirt, gray slacks, and tan dress shoes.
When they arrived at the school, students performed cumbia songs dressed in traditional Colombian outfits. The royal couple explored the school’s historic museum, garden classroom, social-emotional gymnasium and received handwritten letters and gifts from students.
Fans sometimes wonder how they manage to stay so stylish while traveling so much!
