Jennifer Aniston Praises Reese Witherspoon at Emmys

At the 2024 Emmys, Jennifer Aniston showed her love for Reese Witherspoon as they walked the red carpet.

Aniston paused to share how much Witherspoon means to her, both as a friend and a colleague on The Morning Show, where they’re both up for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series. She mentioned they practically “grew up together” under the spotlight and now work on producing their show.

“Growing up together, from kids to adults,” Aniston said in an interview with Laverne Cox before heading into the awards. “Producing this show with Reese is like a dream come true.” She also praised the cast and crew of The Morning Show as an amazing team.

A new addition to their show, John Hamm, quickly noticed how friendly and welcoming everyone is on set. Aniston made it clear that there’s a strict “no jerk” policy in place there.

Fans remember when Aniston and Witherspoon teamed up on Friends. Witherspoon portrayed Rachel’s younger sister Jill. In Harper’s Bazaar, she shared memories of being nervous while filming Friends but felt reassured by Aniston’s calmness and sunny demeanor.

I think we all admire how effortlessly Jennifer handles everything thrown her way.
