Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling were just seen together in public for the first time in years at the Paris Olympics.
Their daughters, Esmeralda (9) and Amada (8), accompanied them to the event. On Sunday, the family attended the women’s uneven bars final at Bercy Stadium. Both parents tried to keep a low profile by wearing sunglasses—Mendes in a large white pair and Gosling in clear-rimmed ones. Adding to his look, Gosling wore a green hat with white Olympic rings and completed his outfit with a plaid shirt over a white tee.
Meanwhile, Mendes looked stylish in a high-neck black dress adorned with several rings, her caramel hair styled into voluminous waves cascading to one side.
These two celebrities met on the set of “The Place Beyond the Pines” back in 2011 and have always kept their private lives out of public view. Mendes explained this decision on Instagram in 2020 when asked why she doesn’t share family photos online.
“I’ve always had clear boundaries about my man and kids,” she said. “I’ll mention them sometimes but won’t post pictures of our everyday life because my kids are too young to give consent for their images.”
Fans admire how they keep their family life private.

She added that this approach works well for her and Ryan. “Keeping things private just works for us.” 🌟
