Prince Harry’s Chief of Staff Quits at Worst Time

Prince Harry is dealing with another staffing change as his chief of staff, Josh Kettler, has left after only a few months in the role.

Kettler started working in May right before Harry and Meghan’s trip to Nigeria. He was on a trial period, and they both decided to part ways. However, this happens just when Harry and Meghan are planning their trip to Colombia later this month.

Author Tom Quinn says it’s not surprising Kettler left. He mentioned that since Harry and Meghan got married in 2018, many important staff members have left. One former employee said the problem is that the couple thinks it’s easy to do things just because they say so. They don’t like being told something can’t be done.

Kettler was seen as someone who could help improve Harry’s popularity in the U.S. and make him an international figure. Anything less wasn’t acceptable.

People often wonder why so many leave their team so quickly.

Quinn also noted that two other people have already turned down job offers from them.

The main issue seems to be that working for Harry and Meghan is very hard because they expect too much from their staff.

Fans must really wonder if anyone can meet such high expectations.

Lastly, despite these setbacks, Harry and Meghan plan to visit Colombia soon after being invited by Vice President Francia Márquez. She shared her excitement about their upcoming visit on social media earlier this month. 🌍
