Michelle and Barack Obama might be out of politics, but they showed their love at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago on August 20.
Both of them showed up at the event, with Michelle wearing a stylish navy blue outfit by Monse. She paired it with black Jimmy Choo shoes and had her hair in a cool braided ponytail. Everyone was excited when she mentioned Barack.
“I have one more thing to do tonight,” Michelle told the crowd. “Thank you for all the love, but now I get to introduce someone who knows a lot about hope. He spends his life thinking about what’s best for our country, and I know because I live with him. Please welcome America’s 44th president and the love of my life, Barack Obama.” (Check out this moment at 20:45 in the video below.)
After that, they shared some tight hugs and whispered to each other sweetly while Barack held her by the waist. Before she left the stage, he introduced her again so people could cheer for her once more.
Fans love seeing genuine moments like these.
